Who's making the deviled eggs?
It's all trof's fault. Now I HAVE to eat one but I don't even know how to make them.

1. They're easy to make...
I'm not making 'em right now, but all's you need is eggs, mustard, mayo and a teeeeeny bit of white vinegar. Salt and pepper and paprika if you want.

Boil the eggs, slice 'em in half lengthwise and take out the yolk. Mash the yolk in a bowl and add a little mayo, a little mustard and just a few drops of vinegar. Mix it up and then take a spoon and put it back in the egg. Sprinkle a little paprika on 'em if you want.

Easy as pie.

Oh...and you want to hard-boil the eggs first.

5. My secret is Tabasco instead of vinegar.
It's mostly vinegar anyways, and you get a little bit of heat.

That and real bacon bits.

2. 1. Hard boil some eggs.
2. Peel 'em.
3. Cut 'em in half, LENGTHWISE.
4. Pull out the yolks.
5. Mash them up in a bowl with a little mayo, dill, teeny dash of mustard, or some Durkees, a little salt and pepper. Really, anything else that sounds good to you. Anchovies? Whatever.
6. Put the mixture back into the whites. Miz t. uses a piping bag to make a neat looking job of putting the 'devil' back into the eggs.
:-)

Hard-boil some eggs, let them cool, peel them and cut them in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks. Smash up the yolks with some mayonnaise (NOT Miracle Whip), salt, maybe a bit of mustard or Durkee's Sauce, smoosh the yolk mixture back into the egg halves, sprinkle with paprika, chill a bit, and eat them all.

6. Other things to add to the yolk stuff:
spicey honey mustard
Worcestershire sauce
tobasco sauce (um, just a bit...)
lemon juice
salt, pepper

top with capers (makes it look like a little nipple) or
finely sliced cornichons, or other crudite as a garnish.

Go wild!

Yum!

8. Who can resist food that looks like a little nipple?
O8) In my family's jargon, peanut butter kiss cookies = nipple cookies
