Need a good coffee drink recipe for my wife's birthday.
Got any?

It's for my wife and she wants one after dinner with her cheesecake desert. yum!!

We have several small bottles of liquor that she won in a church tricky tray thing (they were in a large basket of goodies), many of them chocolate like. We also have a fairly nicely stocked bar.

So, if you've got a good coffee drink recipe, please share it as I don't usually make those.

Thanks in advance! :)

1. you cant go wrong with a good Irish coffee
start with black coffee,
mix in a shot (or two!) of irish whiskey, and a couple teaspoons of sugar
float some cream on top

it should look like a stout, with a creamy head.

7. That would be my choice--only without sugar. I can't drink something sweet with a dessert.

5. Thanks for the nostalgia trip.
I've had a few (OK, several) Irish Coffees at the Buena Vista bar.
Especially good on a chilly, wet, foggy San Francisco evening.

4. I used to make "Hot Nuts" when it was cold outside.
Hot coffee and Frangelico. Very tasty.
