3. i went to the chiropracter yesterday and was literally shocked to hear how much i weigh
i knew i had gained some weight...

but 10 fucking pounds

on my 5'1" frame...I've got quite the buddha belly going on. But, I'm turning 30 this month, so I guess it comes with the territory...plus, I eat like a mofo now too :D

I gained more than that when I quit smoking last year, but once I got used to it (not smoking, that is) I got it all back off. Ten pounds is not that much to lose; you can do it, if you decide you really need to. You're a doll, regardless!
