1. It sounds interesting but you have to have
a membership to get the recipe & I'm too lazy. However you've inspired me and I'm going to look for another white chicken chili.

3. I just made that over the weekend, but I used my own concoction.

You can experiment and add or subtract amounts as you see fit:

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken cut into pieces
2 cups total of diced carrots, celery, and onion
1 can great northern beans, undrained
1 cup chicken or veg broth
1 tbsp fresh cilantro paste
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute chicken, carrots, celery and onion in 2 tbsp. olive oil for a few minutes. Add beans, broth, and cilantro. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve with mixed green salad.
