Went through the process last year. It's a killer.

There is a neat site that was great for me last year... not sure if it will be as hapenning this year, but I enjoyed it:

People would post their acceptances and rejections and what not. A lot of good chat, too.

13. I am applying for the doctoral program...
at the same school where I earned my Master's. What's tricky about this is that this is the only school to which I'm applying (I did that because of Mr. Writer's job.) I already have established relationships with the professors there, as well as a strong direction I'd like to take my PhD work. It's risky, but I hope it works out.
