Most risque piece of dialouge on a 50's sitcom
From "Leave It to Beaver"

June: Ward
Ward: Yes, dear.
June: Don't you think you were a little hard on the Beaver last night?

(A guy at work just told me that and for some reason I thought it was hilarious).

2. From Popeye (the cartoon)
Setup: The Seahag gave a potion to Brutus to make him handsome.

Brutus walks up to Popeye and Olive Oyl. Olive swoons at the handsome Brutus.

Olive: Oh . . . Who are you?

Brutus: I am Don Juan.

Popeye (muttering) Well, if you Don Juan, you done 'em all!

3. But was that line meant to be risque?
If so, then I'm astonished even the writers of the 50s had some lewd sensibilities. :7
