Good Vibes needed Please!!!
My dad has had heart problems for approximately 15 years. Found out recently that he has been relying on his nitro pills and nitro spray for a while. So, we know he has a blockage, but we don't know how bad it is or where or if surgery will be needed. He had a quadruple bypass about 10 years ago, angioplasty and stints (sp?) before that.

He FINALLY got in to see the cardiologist on Tuesday to do a stress test. We're still waiting on the results.

Any and all good vibes and wishes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

18. So am I ...
I still remember the day my parents came home and told me my dad was going to have emergency surgery. I didn't find out until later that he had a 98% blockage in one of the major arteries. He could have had a heart attack at any time and that would have been it.

Thankfully, the powers that be decided to let him stay around a while. It just still really scares me. I have always been a daddy's girl and I can't even imagine him not being here...ya know.

Anyway, I'm still waiting. Hope that the news is good and everything is minor in comparison. On a side note, my husband and I are doing our best to spend as much time with my parents as possible. Grandkids are a great diversion. LOL.
