Bet you didn't have a dessert like this so far these holidays! (pic)
My SO surprised us and made "Chocolate Mice on Snow!"

A cherry dipped in chocolate--the stem is the tail. Hershey's kiss for the head and 2 ears of almond slivers. For the base, cookie with icing and coconut flakes for the snow.




It thrilled the little kids and the adults tonight when we were merry-making.

4. I only had one chocolate mouse and it was pretty tasty.

I was trying not to over-do it on desserts tonight, but I couldn't resist just one.
