Work sucks. So very much.


Background: I work for a tenant screening place, we get references and pull court and credit for people applying to rent places. As a screener I make the calls for references and type up the court and credit and send the report back to the place that they person applied at.

I work with my brother and sister in law, they are the managers. And do everything there basically. Well they had this week off for vacation, which is great!... for them

The owner has been doing out court, which is really important to get right. Make sure you get the right person, and don't miss records. Well, she's really slow, and work has been piling up for the screens (ie me) AND it's been INSANELY BUSY!!!!!!!!

So today, we were slammed, and they would not call in my brother and SIL. But, the owner wanted them to work tomorrow, which they can't. But they could have worked today. So finally after trying to get a hold of the owner, my brother and SIL show up at 4:45 to start pulling court and credit on the new reposts coming in, so we won't have to tomorrow.

And normally 3 people work in Saturday's. Well tomorrow 5 people plus the owner are working tomorrow to catch up. But if my bro and SIL had been called in before 4:45, we wouldn't be so behind.
