By request: a recipe for Chicken and Walnut soup.
Edited on Fri Dec-29-06 10:22 PM by pabsungenis
¾ cup walnuts, broken into pieces
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 ¾ cup chicken broth
2 cup light cream
1 freeper
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Place the walnuts and garlic in a food processor or blender with 2 or 3 tablespoons of the broth. Process 1 to 2 minutes or until the mixture forms a paste. Remove the paste to a medium saucepan and whisk in the remaining broth, a little at a time, until the mix is smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the cream and cont cooking, stirring constantly, until the soup is heated through. Do not allow it to boil.

Pour into a bowl and hand it to the freeper. There you have it: a chicken, with walnut soup.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
