I'm computer literate but just have not engaged. It sounds like a nice alternative. Especially if we are processing good issues.

3. The chat room I go to is on mIRC,

or iRCLE for Mac users, or pIRCH for whomever....Its on the Starchat channel...and its called worldnews...LOTS of DU ers in there, and liberal people...(another channel on there is AmericanPolitics...loaded with Freepers, so I avoid it.
Port 6667 , mIRC, iRCLE, pIRCH, and Starchat is the server....
room: #worldnews
lots of people from all over the world, most detest Bush.
