you've finally got the house-cleaning for house-showing down to a tee! However, that's 85-90% of selling a house...because of your skills, potential buyers can now imagine living in your house! Selling a house is a lot of work, and you've done it. If it's not this particular buyer...it's coming up quick. Once you get the momentum, it just goes faster and faster!

The STBE has moved out and taken at least half the furniture, books, appliances, etc. This huge house finally looks as big as it really is, but it also looks manageable. Or so I imagine.
