i found a vintage hammond b3 organ at goodwill for 250 bux
leslie tone box, vibrato keys, foot pedals.

plus a pristine fondue set in a very characteristic 70s color - "maize" - for 3.99.

i bought the fondue set. it has the color coded skewers and an ORIGINAL can of unopened sterno.

1. Where, might I ask, is that Goodwill store with the B3 located?

3. Damn! I would have snapped that up in a heartbeat!
I snagged my best buy at a pawn shop back in '91 - a pristine 1973 Rickenbacker 4001 bass, cherry sunburst with checkerboard outlay, and I paid...wait for it...

$150.

Dude had just pawned it the day before and I snapped it up. Eventually, I got tired of the heavy beast, and I sold it two years ago for quite a bit more than I paid for it.

4. damn
that was a steal.

the organ is at least 60s era, walnut, awesome.

it probably was donated by a church. i'm thinking if it is in good working condition (cosmetically, it is immaculate) i could get about 1500 - 3000 for it.
