Probably our own planet, so I could see what killed the dinosaurs and how man evolved over time.

I would have to say George W. Bush has been the most disastrous by far - Harding, and a few bad ones before him, at least didn't have their fingers on the Button. A worse president would probably have the same attitude as Bush, only would be smarter and a better speaker.
