Baby back ribs, cole slaw & ???????. Help me out!
I have been marinating some pork baby back ribs for the past two days. I have a tub of my favorite slaw. I need another side dish! Any suggestions?

19. green chile rice
In a pot of hot cooked white rice, melt a stick of butter, and stir in a cup of sour cream, a can of diced green chiles, and a cup of sliced scallions (green onions). Salt to taste. It's delicious with ribs.

33. No foie gras medallions?
sliced liverwurst is a fine substitute.

As is Spam.

Either goes well with ribs, as long as you serve enough beer.
