1. Honey, you look fine.
Stop stressing over it. Your body is perfect, imo. :hi:

4. Question: Do you work out at a gym?
I ask because a friend of mine goes to the gym regularly. She noticed that her shirts and blouses were getting tighter across the back near shoulder level, even though she was toning up very well over the rest of her body.

She met with one of the trainers at the gym, he watched the workout she was doing, particularly the upper body workout, and said that what she was doing was building the muscles in that area a bit too much. He had her change some of what she was doing, and she stopped putting on so much muscle in that area. In fact, the muscle mass decreased, but was still toned.

So, you might want to talk to a trainer if there is one available, to see if there are changes you can make in order to tone your arms, but not to the point where they are getting too muscular.

:hi:

7. I'm sorry to say they won't ever get skinny
Especially if you have a child in the future. They get even bigger. I don't want to sound like your mum, but that's they way you were built. You are a beautiful girl. Don't worry about this silly shit. Enjoy your life, your youth. Start planning your memories now. Do you want your 80 year old self to look back on a 20 something obsessed with arm fat no one else gave a poop about?

9. You can have mine.
I have skinny guy genes. I've had to fight incredibly hard against genetics to look even barely presentable without a shirt. I have to eat like a horse. I'm 6ft and weighed under 150. You can't even imagine how tough that is (although thank god I weigh 185 now).

Muscular arms? Not a big deal.
