One piece or a two piece for a swim suit???

Don't do the water thing myself, and when we're fishing, I just wear shorts and a tank top. Curious about what the rest of you wear when doing your water thing.

For canoe trips, t-shirt, shorts and Tevas. For just swimming I wear swimming trunks or less.
