Either Outlook Express or Thunderbird (probably the two most common these days) allow you to create a filter rule for any incoming e mails. For example, you could set the filter to intercept any e mail with "Prescription" anywhere in the body of the message and automatically delete it. Or there's always a third party spam filter add on like "Spam Cop" which comes pre-configured to reject likely spam.
