This is love
I've been waking up recently with severe leg cramps (no sure why yet) lately. Last night, it was so bad, I started violently flailing my leg, kicking my husband awake. Instead of being upset, he massaged it out for me while I drifted back to sleep.

This is love. (Or he simply was hoping not to get kicked again.)

So what sweet thing has your SO done for you lately.

13. I went through those leg cramps too
horrible. There are a few things to try...stretch your legs BEFORE you go to bed. Increase your water intake and possibly take potassium supplements. All of these helped me tremendously. Now, Instead of waking up every night with multiple attacks, I'm down to once a week to once every other week.
If they don't improve, you should check with your doctor. If you are already taking any medications, you should check with your doctor too. The meds may be causing the cramps as well.
