The Queen: one of the most difficult models to manage, apparently!

Celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz seemed to disappoint the british Queen by asking her to pose a bit less "formally" - say: maybe try it without the crown?!

"Leibovitz,", says the article from The Guardian, "famed for her celebrity portraits, was photographing the Queen for a series of official pictures to commemorate her trip to Washington in May when she inadvertently annoyed her by suggesting a more informal pose".

The article: http://arts.guardian.co.uk/art/photography/story/0,,2124337,00.html?gusrc=rss&feed=networkfront

The BBC1 documentary "A Year with the Queen" will be screened in the autumn. Complete with such "behind the scenes"?
We'll see...

1. Too bad she didn't go to Crawford.
They could have gotten a picture of her and * on a tractor!
