Liquor official busted for DWI
And an open container violation...
And tailgating on the interstate...
And plowing into another car from behind...

"The second in command of the state's liquor enforcement bureau resigned yesterday after his arrest Sunday night for alleged drunken driving, the head of the bureau said.

"Kyle W. Metcalf, 45, was charged with driving under the influence after his BMW allegedly struck another vehicle from behind on Interstate 93 southbound in Concord, State Police Lt. George A. Brown said. The collision was minor, resulting in a scratches to the front bumper of Metcalf's car, he said.

"Metcalf, a Nashua resident and deputy chief of the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission's Bureau of Enforcement and Licensing, also is charged with having an open container and following too closely, Brown said. Both are violations."

Every bar, nightclub, and restaurant owner in the state is doing the Church Lady Dance after hearing this news. Metcalf is a sanctimonious, self-righteous windbag.
