LIHOP: "Let It Happen On Purpose"; conspiracy theory that the Boosh admin didn't orchestrate the 9/11 attacks, but knew they were coming and did nothing to stop them, realizing that they could be used for said political gain

LIHOP: Let It Happoen On Purpose. MIHOP lite. The theory that while 9/11 was a great tragedy, the * let it happen, welcomed it, in order to scare the public into enacting their awful antiAmerican agenda
