1. I have a smoker attached to my grill...haven't used it yet.
So, do you just slather the ribs with something and throw them in the smoker for 6 hours? Is it that easy?

2. slather them with NOTHING until about 20 minutes before they are done
DO cover them with copious amounts of salt and pepper before they go in. nothing else. any sauce will burn quickly (due to the sugar) so that is the absolute LAST thing that goes on them. :hi:
