1. Yes it does. It will really drag you down. Have you heard the remedy about placing a bar of soap
in your sheets? Under your bottom sheet, on top of the mattress pad. Put it down there and let your feet rest on it. Some people swear by it.

I tried it but it didn't seem to work.

2. I was diagnosed years ago during a sleep study
I didn't know I had it. I couldn't take the meds then because they intereacted with other meds I was taking.

These days, the jumpy legs are not just a sleep issue. I'm sitting here at my computer and my legs are CRAWLING. It's driving me insane.

I just called the doc. I'm not on any medication anymore, so maybe now I can get some relief.
