Its Gonna be 44 degrees here tonight.....
who will keep me warm???
gonna start a fire in the stove
and cuddle under a blanket...

Who wants to come over???
I have the liquor but someone has to bring
the hot chocolate and marshmallows....

6. You should get one of those
bird feeders that you put on the outside of your windows!!
Kitty would LOVE it....

I get lots of birds in the winter in my feeder.....

8. It's been cold in Wisconsin
I've been freezing all weekend because we are holding out on turning on the heat. Upstairs thermastat reads 61 degrees. Tomarrow it is expected to be in the mid 70s though.

11. It got down into the mid 30's here last night
and is supposed to be the same tonight. Brrrrr :scared:

Our furnace did kick on this morning when the thermostat registered 60 degrees. I love fall and the change of season, but there's something about the first cold snap that depresses me. Living in Western NY, I just dread the long winters, and I know that this is just the beginning.
