My car decided it wanted some of my money today
It had been just about two months since I put shocks, lower ball joints, and a shifter cable in my 10 year old Blazer. That cost me a little over $400 or a week and a half's pay. Today my little SUV decided to puke the backing plates on the rear end, rusted clear through, caused the brakes to flex and not want to stop the car.

I KNEW I shouldn't have gone to the bank ATM in the car lane. This time it was $355. Every time I get just a little bit ahead, one of my pets or mechanical possessions shares my bank account with me. Last month my dog Corey had 6 rotten teeth pulled and a cyst lanced on her paw. Didn't matter she was 13 yeas old, it was her time to spend my money, $213 worth.

Please let me win the lottery, Please let me win the lottery, Please let me win the lottery, Please let me win the lottery, Please let me win the lottery, Please let me win the lottery, Please let me win the lottery,

1. It seems like every time I replace one part the other parts get jealous and insist on being replaced
too.
Sorry you are going through this.

4. In the spring it was the intake gaskets and water pump
Then, with the coolant system sealed up, the radiator popped, and since it is plastic, it had to be replaced. Now it has a aluminum one nut the total bill for all of that was over $500 over two weeks. I think the old parts get lonely rather than jealous, but what t do I know, they just keep jumping off my car.

2. I spent 60 bones on the Cali tax today.
Yes, I had the car smogged. :(

Nothing was wrong with it, I just couldn't get the registration without spending 60 bucks for someone to tell me there was nothing wrong with it. :(

3. My car
decided the other day that it wouldn't take the key and turn the ignition.

I took the cover off, and beat the crap out of it, and it worked.

My car is old, but I like it.

5. I never beat my car, I have started talking nice to it again
in hopes it will heal any minor ills.

6. just like people get wrinkles
car dashes may get cracks.

Watch out for that. Old people may get cranky, and old cars may too.

it could happen to you!
