3. I love Brie, Camenbert and

a good natural CA Monterey Jack cheese.

They are especially good on sourdough baguettes.

4. My all time favorite is officially fromaggio...
Fresh Italian mozzarella...the water buffalo kind even better. That is just so good!

I love a good Monterey Jack, too, or a very sharp cheddar.
