I am supposed to be out dancing right now.


Unfortunately, due to my inability to look at the calendar and note my husband's giant handwriting, reading: "NATHANIEL AT MIKE'S HOUSE," (which was indicated on the calendar for at least a week) I made plans for tonight that I had to cancel.

I want to go dancing, damn it!

If I lived anywhere near you, I'd totally babysit.

11. He's SO painfully adorable when he's asleep!
Of course, once I move him, he's awake.
Last time, we hung out in my bed and giggled about "jokes" he was telling me (completely incoherent Jack babble,) for about two hours. It was sweet!

I love little kids. Incoherent babble is the best. It often makes far more sense than adult conversations. And it's MUCH more entertaining.

17. I love when he gets pissed off at Sophie.
He has this whole "bitch you out" routine he does, wherein he (angrily) says:

"Yah yah yah yah yah HOO! HOO!"
When he does the "HOO!" part, he shakes his finger at her.
It's ridiculous, but he does it exactly the same, EVERY time. It must mean something to him.

If it's square dancing or line dancing, honey, you're not missing much. If you're into Argentine Tango and had to miss it, then you have my deepest sympathies.

But your husband needs lessons too. Maybe the two of you can take some classes on Saturdays or whenever he's home.
Have you checked out Argentine Tango? It's an extremely difficult dance but you and your hubby might find it sensuous.
