2. That would be nice.
After the last two weeks of watching them pull it out at the last second (not to mention watching the Rockies win game after game in exciting fashion) I don't know if I could take another last-second win!

6. The Rox just won their 7th straight game last night.
They're 2 1/2 games behind the Wild Card lead. If they beat the Padres again today, they'll be just 1 1/2 games back.

It almost - ALMOST - looks like they could pull it out and make the playoffs! Though they will need a LOT of help...

8. I promise, it's true.
Their record is 83-72 right now - already tied for the franchise high in wins, AND in real playoff contention!

10. Well, you're not missing too much yet...
The Jaguars controlled the ball throughout much of the first half, and the Broncos couldn't stop the run to save their lives. It's 17-7 Jacksonville at halftime, and ti's almost a miracle the Broncos are on the board at all. They sure don't have the fire again this week, that's for sure!
