Lat's all support the UAW strike!
I passed by the GM plant in Defiance, OH today. I had 5 DU stickers
and gave the strikers 4 of them. These are working folks who are fighting
for their rights.

The Teamsters have vowed to honor picket lines and not transport GM
vehicles. Please, for the duration of the strike DO NOT buy a GM vehicle
or get yours serviced at a GM dealership!

Full disclosure: We own a 2006 Grand Prix. I'll be serviced at Jiffy
Lube for the time being, even though we have a service contract with
GM.

It's crunch time. If this strike fails, it may well be the death of the
labor movement for a generation.

4. It is somehow poetically fitting that the union is striking in a town called Defiance.

14. I just bought a new Nissan Altima. Made in Smyrna, Tennesee. By unionized labor.
I used to own a Pontiac Grand Am, made in Michigan. If that's not supporting the UAW, what is?

No problem for us standing with the union!

We own Toyotas!

And I used to belong to a union, SEIU Local 535, American Red Cross...

Solidarity indeed!
