2. I have a slight headache.
I'm going to avoid any heavy painkillers as they always make me sick to my stomach.

I'll have my old smile back in about 4 to 6 months. Well, it won't be exactly the same  because my face became partially paralyzed while my last dentist stole my cute little pixie look with with very bad and expensive bridge work. But I will be easier on the eyes after Dr. Tischler works a bit of painfree magic in my mouth. http://www.tischlerdental.com/index.html

I didn't know exactly what to say yesterday ~ www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=105&topic_id=6968296&mesg_id=6968296

3. I hope it's all going well.
8 implants? I'd be ready to hurt the dentist before it was half over. :(

9. The only thing painful were the shots.
I'm going back next Wednesday to rebuild the bottom 1/2 of my smile before I lose my nerve.
This past Wednesday morning I kept saying (all of the way to the dentist office) "I can still cancel the appointment and save thousands of dollars".

10. I have been blessed with good teeth.
And I absolutely know and appreciate it. I have never needed more than a small cavity filled. I wish I could share that blessing with you.

12. No pain meds are necessary today.
My stitches are healing nicely but the roof of my mouth is still raw. The stitches will probably come out a week early when he is working on the bottom jaw, crowns and fixed-bridges.

After the implants heal (about 4 months), I will go back in to open my gums, insert the screws that will hold the metal bar for the beautiful set of teeth I'll be showing off next spring. At this point, I am truly a work in progress.
