4. I've used it. It can be okay for finding stuff that you already know exists
maybe once or twice I've found links to full text articles in obscure journals that my library didn't have full text. It can also be faster than Social Science Citation index for finding out new articles that cited a classic (because if you put in the cite from the old article, it returns new ones that referenced it). It's also faster than the library databases if I just want to double check the year something was published.
