Toilet Paper Thief Loose In Fond Du Lac
Man Allegedly Stealing Tissue From Government Center

FOND DU LAC, Wis. -- Someone either is too cheap to buy his own toilet paper or is planning a prank.

Fond du Lac County Executive Allen Buechel said someone has stolen toilet paper repeatedly from the men's public bathrooms throughout the Fond du Lac City County Government Center since around June.

Buechel suspects the person, likely a man, comes in once or twice a week around midday and gets about six rolls a week from dispensers, he said. Some rolls weren't even full, he said.

I'm guessing a little bit of both....what the fuck does a person do with all of that toilet paper?

Slightly right-leaning town, the old section was very pretty though. Newer areas ugly. I donated to Feinberg's campaign at a street fair there on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2004.
