Potato salad with sour cream and blue cheese?

I had a recipe and cannot find it.

It was wonderful. In addition to the sour cream and blue cheese (perhaps some mayo, not sure) also dill and green onion.

If anyone can help, will really appreciate it.

Oh, and the potatoes were the small red ones.
