What would you do? The father of a family that rents a pad in the trailer park I oversee was

fired from his job today. They have a bunch of raggedy kids that run wild while the mother does God knows what in the camper they live in. The only time I see her is when she hitches rides to Cracker Barrel on Wednesdays. He was apparently a driver for some guy with a Rolls Fucking Royce but has offered to clean up the tire pile behind the bait shop my boss owns in exchange for free rent on his space for a month. If I recommend him for the tire pile job I could lose a substantial portion of my monthly income generated by selling junk from the pile.

What would you do?
