DU GD has sunk to a new low in my book

This DU is not the DU I joined in early 2002. Very sad.

The only reason I still hang around here is because of the photography group.

I can think of better ways to spend my time, perhaps a long vacation from this place is in order.

every now and then, I forget that posters who stay in GD seem to lack the humor gene, or even the ability to not be a jackass. I mean, I know I'm a jackass sometimes, but at least I am friendly about it and aware of it. Does that count for anything?

21. Remanants of former glory are still very much here.

This is one of the most userfriendly website/message boards. Enough forums to attract anyone. There are times when the Lounge is just down right knee-slapping funny. Still, there is an air about the place...mostly, I guess from the oldsters singning the blues.
