brown rice has (had) onion, green pepper, garlic and spinach, and on the plate I topped it all with butter and sprinkled a pile of chopped green onions on it.

6. Chicken, potatoes and cauliflower in a coconut curry sauce
served over brown basmati rice.

First course was a salad of baby greens, tomatoes, and red onion slices.

Dessert was a couple of ginger cookies.
