Cat problem
There are two young, stray cats in my little condo community that my neighbors have sort of adopted. They do not take them indoors, but they do set out food and water for them and they have also set out a box with a towel in it that at least one of them sleeps in.

My neighbors say that they are moving soon and that they are taking one of the cats with them, but leaving the other behind. I love cats, but my condo is very small and I don't have a good place for a litter box. So I cannot adopt the cat. I can continue to feed the cat that they leave behind, but it's starting to get cold here and I would fear for the little critter being outdoors all the time in the winter.

What do you think I can do? I don't want to turn the cat in to the animal shelter because I think her chances would probably be slim there.

You can put the litterbox in your bathroom!:D You'll have made a big difference in someone's life!

2. My bathroom has about 3' x 5' of floor space
I'm telling you this is a really small place. I have visions of stepping out of the shower and into a litter box.

3. Maybe you should reconsider adopting the cat
It's really a shame that they'd take one and not the other... especially if they get along well. Cats do better with at least one other cat-- otherwise, they get bored easily (in my experience).

Hope it all works out! :hi:
