I have emptied my Ignore list
(Yes, yes; those of you who think I'm a weak-minded loser for having had one to begin with can just ignore me. Er...I mean....)

Anyway, I'm trying a new thing called Being Amused. I am also stocking up on :beer: and :popcorn:.

OMC reminded me that there are real people behind the keyboard, so I'm giving it a go, and working on not getting so worked up.

Now don't everyone try to "amuse" me at once, you lovable buncha nuts, you. :silly: :grouphug:

6. I find the hide thread feature so much more useful
nothing more irritating then seeing part of a thread cut-off because I have that person on ignore (and at this point, I only have 1 person ever on ignore).

If I think it's a thread where I don't want to 'go there' I just hide it.

Much easier in life.

7. I'm a masochist
I always click on the threads that I know are going to make me the craziest.

But I do have a few on "hide." Mostly threads that I've seen about a brazillion times.

At one time, I had over 1,000 people on ignore. I kid you not.

22. My most recent list was a mere 85
The 1,000+ list was a while ago, during last fall's pre-election lead-up, I think. People were getting pretty testy. I guess the primaries will be a true test of my resolve. ;)

18. I opened a thread today and Ignored was all over it
I have never, in 15+ years of posting on the inter-tubes ever used an ignore list on any site for any reason.

Here, it has really filled up. :rofl:
