1/4 white onion, two garlic cloves, some oyster mushrooms...and whip cream

Sautee the veggies, add the cream, let reduce.... stick that in your stove and cook it. It is a gorgeous smell filling my apartment right now.

3. Whipping cream, not whipped cream, I think.

Making a sauce with heavy cream. Otherwise, that would be a crime against nature.
