So, if my dog pees on the kitchen tile instead of the living room rug,
should I get mad at her or praise her for her good judgement?

2. Take her to the vet to see if she's o.k.
Unless she's a puppy, or you're just darned lazy and didn't let her out. :spank:

4. She's fine, I worked late tonight and I guess she couldn't hold it any longer.

3. Don't ever get mad at them for that
I have never known a dog or cat to do that on purpose or out of spite. They just don't think that way.

8. You need an enzymatic cleaner
Regular cleansers leave some scent behind. The dogs smell it and think it's OK to go there.

and chew up his toothbrush. He was an evil bastard and is now my ex ( the man, not the dog). :) The dog never bothered my stuff.

7. neither. by the time you get home it's too late anyway
to get mad or to praise. Our lab always got up and peed on the linoleum. I dunno why though.
