1. Whirling Squares: In sacred geometry the circle symbolizes the spiritual plane and the square symbolizes the material, physical plane. The whirling squares yantra design portrays the union of spirit and matter. It simultaneously expresses the spiritualization of matter and the cloaking of spirit.
2. The Swastika has 2 limbs—one vertical representing the spiritual plane and the other horizontal representing the material plane. The 2 limbs divide the Kalpa into 4 equal periods of 1250 years known as Yugas, which are known as Satyug (Golden Age)— Tretayug (Silver Age)— Dwapuryug (Copper Age) and Kaliyug (Iron Age)—represented by the 4 arms of the Swastika.
I guess that means they both represent both the spiritual and material plane, so I guess it's all good. I'm not going to hurt my head over a silly copycat. :silly:
