Time for the Galactic Pot Healer Babel Fish Game!
The theme is LYRICS. Take a verse or two from a song, run it through the Babelfish translator to translate into another language, then translate it back to English. Post the result here, and we'll try to guess the song!

Fun and hilarity for all!

And no using obscure-ass songs that normal people haven't heard of!

1. Here's the first:
Edited on Mon Oct-22-07 03:33 PM by DuStrange
Another suburb family morning
Grandmother, who at the wall walk
We must cry DIN our rice of crispies over that
We cannot hear nothing at all
Nut/mother sings her Litanei of boredom and of frustration
But all we know that their suicides are falsification
Dad stares only into the distance on
There are only as much more that he can take
Many miles removes somewhat creeps from the mud
At the lower surface of a dark Scottish lake

8. The song I happened to be listening to, from the French:
Take to me in bottom little of susy, take to me to the bottom
I know you think that you are the queen of the underground
and you can send the dead flowers to me each morning
send to me the flowers died by the mail
send the flowers died to me to my marriage
and I will not forget to put pinks on your tomb

13. OK, still doable, but this one's English to Greek to French back to English:
Once and a time did you equip so thin you threw useless a ten-per-cent tax with fundamental, not?
The people would call, for example, "the Beware headstock, are obliged to fall"
you thought themselves that all you were used so that they laugh for each one which it hung outside now you it does not speak so possible
now you it does not appear so proud
so that it is necessary for your next meal.

84. In fact, it's the *end* of Another Brick in the Wall Part 2
'Another Brick in the Wall Part 1' has no spoken intro at all; 'The Happiest Days of Our Lives' has the sound of a helicopter, and "You! Yes you! Stand still laddie!" (same Scottish voice) as its intro, and then goes straight into ABitW Part 2 when if finishes; ABitW Part 2 ends with "Go on - do it again! Go on - do it again! If you don't eat your meat, you can't have any pudding! How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat? You! Yes, you behind the bike sheds! Stand still laddie!" - it was the similarity of that last bit to the intro to tHDouL that had confused my memory.

We were with a part
which its lobe of ear fell into the deep
somebody reached inside and seized it
was to it a crawfish of rock

We were with the beach
that everyone had the matched towels
somebody went under a dock and there they saw a rock
it was not a rock it was a crawfish of rock

the movement in the ocean
his pipes of air broke
a good number of a good number of trouble
of bubble
which it was in a jam in a giant clam

To the bottom, to the bottom

Mer of mermen of ' Wavin ' under waves of sirens dolphins ' red Flexin ' flippin of muscles Downwards shells clappin ' snappin ' of snappers clam of fins ', to the bottom Laissez the rock!

Boy in girls of bikinis
in boards of surfing
everyone rockin '
everyone fruggin '
Twistin ' '
recreation Bakin '
potatoes Bakin ' around the fire
of Havin ' to the sun

Put above your noseguard
put on the passage of swimming teacher
the butter of Voici bronzing to come

a stingray goes there
a manta-ray inside
went a jellyfish
there goes a dogfish
driven out by a catfish
stole a blackbird of sea inside that the

87. This is an easy one--English to Spanish and back
Ninety-eight given to old return man
he gained the lottery and died
is a black fly in its Chardonnay
that is a pardon of the death row two minutes too much of slow
and he is not the day following ironic, you you do not think?

It is like rain in its day of the wedding
that is a free stroll although you have paid it already
is the good advice who you cause sorrow you did not take
and whom she would have nevertheless, he calculates?

Mr. Play It Safe was scared to fly
it packed his suitcase and kissed to his cabritos good bye
that he hoped his whole damn life to take that flight
and as the plane crashed he down thought, "is not this one pleasant one well"
And he is not ironic, you you do not think?

He is like rain in his day of the wedding
that is a free stroll although you have paid it already
is the good advice who you cause sorrow you did not take
and whom she would have nevertheless, he calculates?

The life has an amused way
to do furtively for above in you when you think that all ACCEPTABLE
and all right life that goes
has an amused way
to help him towards outside when you think everything gone badly
and everything blows for above in its expensive

Clogging of traffic when you are already last
To no sample that smokes in its breakage of the cigarette
he is like ten thousand spoons when everything what you need you are a knife
is satisfying man with my dreams, and later to satisfy its beautiful wife
and he is not ironic he, you you do not think?
Little a too ironic one, really I think yes.

It is like rain in its day of the wedding
that is a free stroll although you have paid it already
is the good advice who you cause sorrow you did not take
and whom she would have nevertheless, he calculates?you do not think?
