Powdered Cellulose? good or bad
I can't find how they manufacture it, but it is an anti-caking agent in my shredded cheese! If it is some sorta cow pudding like gelatin I would like to know.

2. Here's what I found
Description: White, odorless substance, consisting of fibrous particles. Exhibits degreesof fineness ranging from a free-flowing dense powder to a coarse, fluffy non-flowing material.
It is purified, mechanically disintegrated cellulose, prepared gby processing alpha cellulose obtained as pulp from fibrous plant materials.
