Okay, what the hell is wrong with grocery stores in Minnesota?

THEY HAVE NO CHEESE-FLAVORED MICROWAVE POPCORN. None. Zero. Zip.

I used to do my shopping at my local SuperTarget, and they have a pretty small selection, so that MIGHT justify not carrying it.

But in the nearby Cub Foods...

They have two sections FULL of microwave popcorn. Each section have five (FIVE!) big shelves packed FULL of microwave popcorn, from the floor to six feet above the floor. Act II. Orville Redenbacher. Target brand.

And the flavors! Plain. Plain unsalted. Butter. Old-fashioned butter. Land-O-Lakes butter. Double-Butter. Butter-Lover's. Movie Theatre Butter. Kettle Corn. Marshmellow. Nacho. Ranch. Garlic. (Yes, garlic). Every flavor under the sun, right?

Except.... CHEESE! NO cheddar. NO white cheddar. NOTHING.

Keep in mind that Minnesota is adjacent to a little obscure state call WISCONSIN that is rumored to have something to do with diary products, although they try to keep it under wraps.

Why? Why, God, why? Why am I tormented so? It's like having a blackout when you live next to the power plant!!!!
