People, if a place advertises a "delicious" topping for a steak...
You can take it to the bank that the so-called piece of meat is tasteless and isn't worth the money you spend...

It seems, not so long age, a little A-1 or a little Worcestershire would heighten the flavor of a steak...

But if you have to put cheese, mushrooms, onions and garlic you night as well be eating a hamburger...

Big agra is pumping cattle so full of hormones and what ever else they can get away with that the average time from birth to slaughter is a little over two years...

Use to be over three closer to four before the marbling had a chance to add flavor to the meat...

Oh well, if you ever needed a reason to be a vegetarian, that should be it...

But with genetically altered crops, who the fuck knows what you are eating...

...and they are incredible. And the price is fantastic.

And you learn a fair bit about anatomy that way, too.

2. I like saucing steaks and I
only eat steaks that are locally rasied, hormone free, grass fed. Whisky peppercorn sauce...YUM YUM YUM. Bleu Cheese topping..YUMMY. Sometimes it is just something different.

then again I love a perfectly grilled steak with a little olive oil and garlic on it.

4. Genetically altered crops?
Now there's a scary thought...

No telling what's in those...

I buy organic whenever I can...

We generally eat fish when we go out...

Steaks I will do myself, at home...

5. Not true for a place called "The Wildwood" on Route 20 in Malborough
They had this peppercorn sauce that was soooo good. Then they bet the entire place on it, and went to shit, but while it lasted. it was sooo good.
