Ali always tries to get me to smile, but I don't like the way most of my "smiley" pictures turn out. I was absorbed watching some pretty good surfers and the picture just seems more like me, instead of artificial.

54. yep, just a couple blocks from the UWM campus
at my little brother's house...that one was from this summer when i was back in town fer a couple weeks.

quite a bevy of college co-eds that show up at that kid's house...it is quite a nice thing to come home to after a long stint on the road :evilgrin:

He looks like my Clark! My friend found the Bat Bracelet at a Cracker Barrel Gift Shop. See I was at a Reunion with a bunch of my old caving friends right before Halloween and my friend decided these bracelets were a necessity

here we are with our bracelets and notice the bat ears on the tall one

I love bats :loveya: I mounted houses for them outside and I collect bat stuff whenever I can!
I have to drive down I-95 a few hours Saturday and I'll stop by a Cracker Barrel. It might be late for Halloween things but I can check for sales anyway, thank you!
That picture is great, I think y'all rock :headbang: you must have hung out with a lot of bats when you were caving.

here is our fond tribute to Floyd Collins, on the site of the former location of his coffin. We were singing "Amazing Grace" and "My Old Kentucky Home" at the time..

we have bats on our Christmas tree, stuffed plush bats of many varieties, silver bats on our charm bracelets and a couple of coffee mugs with bats on them. Batty Bats Rule!

127. glad you liked it! I was pretty sure you would..NOBODY has as much bat stuff
as Emily! I have some things to order myself for Christmas; we get the International Speleo calendar every year. Emily always comes up with cool new stuff every year; I order plush bats for my daughter for gifts, even though she is a grown woman she still likes them..she hung her Stellaluna bats from our foyer chandelier for Halloween this year.

130. That was taken in the RST video store from the movie "Clerks"
We took a trip to where it was filmed ( about an hour from where I live ) so it was kind of a pilgrimage for fans of the film
