furniture delivery..... bad as cable company?

I bought a new bed for my son yesterday. It is supposed to be delivered tonight... between 6 pm and 10 pm

Right now, the time is 9:57 pm.

The bed is not here

I have not heard from the company

My son took his other bed apart in anticipation of the new bed being delivered. He has nothing but a reclining chair to sleep on tonight if these folks don't show.

I am, to say the least, incensed.
