I can't seem to warm up today

my feet, my hands.... and all over in general. And yes, I took a hot shower this morning.

Maybe the cafeteria is serving something warming for lunch today.... maybe a terrific chowder or chili....

3. it looks like today's soup choices are:

New England Clam Chowder
Chicken Chili
Cream of Wild Mushroom
Southwestern Tortilla

Other possibilities for a warming lunch:

Red Curry Chicken over Jasmine rice
Farfalle pasta w/ baby shrimp, tomatoes and snow peas (choice of sauce--I usually have my pasta w/ a pink sauce)
Blackened chicken pizza

Of course this is what the menu says. What is offered may be entirely different.

5. I'm due for a physical...

and it's scheduled for 12/5.

I think I may just be overtired. I stayed up waiting for furniture delivery (supposed to come between 6 and 10) and it never came, so then I was awake for a while being angry about the fact that it never came.

And I got up and went to the gym this morning anyway, so up at 4:30....

I didn't sleep enough. The way my legs are jumpy today, I'm pretty sure that's what it is.

I hope that's all it is.
