I'm thinking I need to make a meatloaf this weekend
It just feels like meatloaf weather.

I have a 3 day weekend and I think I'd love to make a bunch of stuff for my freezer... so meatloaf.

And chicken pot pie....

what else?

4. I asked my son if he wanted pot roast this weekend
because all the stuff is on sale. He seemed less than enthusiastic.

He wants stew.

That's MORE work.

5. Make a pot roast
cut it up. add a lot of beef broth. voila!
